Peter has visited the Cornish coast for many years, in particular the Roseland Penninsular near St. Anthonys Head. His subjects include secluded beaches, harbours and St Anthonys Lighthouse.

Peter usually produces water colours on the spot and then translates them to large oils when returning to his studio. Sunny days, misty days and rainy days all produce equally interesting results.
